THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 126 <br />SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE CHAPTER III LIQUOR REGULATION <br />The City Council of the City of Centerville hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. That Chapter III shall be amended, as follows: <br />§ 111.16 RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE. <br />(A)Each license shall be issued only to the applicant for the premises described in the <br />application. <br />(B)No license shall be granted or renewed for operation on any premises on which taxes, <br />assessments, utility charges, service charges or other financial claims of the city are <br />delinquent and unpaid. <br />(C) No license shall be issued for any place or business ineligible for a license under state <br />law. <br />Y <br />�a <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance takes effect upon its adoption and publication. <br />ADOPTED after a first reading on the 28th day of September 2022, and thereafter by a unanimous <br />vote of the City Council of the City of Centerville, Minnesota, this 12th day of October 2022. <br />_.. „rm '� <br />D.
