CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />September 21, 2022 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled Economic <br />Development Authority meeting on September 21, 2022. <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by President Jeff Hanzal. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />NOT APPROVED <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br />Commissioner Steve King <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br /> <br />VACANCY: One Seat <br /> <br />ABSENT: Vice-President Mark Remillard <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner King to approve the <br />agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />There is one revision needed in the August 17 minutes, which is to add that Commissioner <br />Remillard is Vice-President. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner King and seconded by Commissioner Mosher to approve the <br />August 17, 2022 revised meeting minutes. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />V. BILLS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />1. Bills <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the checks as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />
