<br />Administrator/EngineerÓs Report <br />October 26, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />ELECTION INFORMATION <br />Absentee Î Envelope Process <br /> Underway (City Hall, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday) <br />Absentee - Direct Balloting <br /> November 1 - 4, 2022 (City Hall, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Tuesday - Friday) <br /> November 5, 2022, (City Hall, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Saturday) <br /> November 7, 2022, (City Hall 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday) <br />General Election <br /> Nov. 8, 2022 (St. GenevieveÓs Comm. Parish Center, 6995 Centerville Road, 7 a.m. Î 8 p.m.) <br /> <br />If you are new to Centerville, moved within Centerville or changed your name due to marriage or divorce, <br />please register or re-register in time for Election Day. Preliminary testing of the DS200 (ballot counter) and all internal <br />election devices have been completed and were successful. This testing includes all internal election <br />devices for the Direct Balloting phase, the General Election and backup devices. The Public Accuracy <br />Test (PAT) has been scheduled for October 26, 2022 at 2 p.m. at City Hall. All public is welcome to view <br />this process. The same processes for the preliminary testing are followed: pre-printed ballots are provided <br />by the County and several ballots with pre-determined voting patterns are completed by staff through the <br />Omni Ballot Marker (voter assisted device), then processed through the DS200 with results being verified, <br />modemed to the County for confirmation of receipt and correct tabulation. The internal election device is <br />entered and sealed into the machine for the Direct Balloting Process. The PAT test is to ensure the internal <br />election device and DS200 are working accurately for the General Election. This internal election device <br />will be secured until it is placed into the DS200 and secured the evening prior to the General Election and <br />delivered to the polling place. <br /> <br />Staff has assisted 58 voters to date. <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION <br />Halloween Hustle 5K/Trunk or Treat Event <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
