(10-14) Rehbein Commercial <br />The final lift of asphalt was paved this week. A final punch list has been created and the contractor is <br />working through that list. <br /> <br />(13) Kwik Trip <br />Construction on the site continues. The main building is now enclosed and the fueling area canopies are <br />up. Construction of the right turn lane on Main Street began this week with storm sewer and draintile <br />installation. Gravel base and pavement will follow. The store anticipates opening around the end of <br />December. <br /> (11) Norbella Senior Living <br />A grand opening was held on October 13 at 10:00 AM. Tours were <br />given and council members got a chance to meet the staff and <br />builders. Several rooms are already reserved, so if you have <br />someone that is looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care <br />services, youÓll want to act fast. <br /> <br />(2) Peterson Shores <br />Staff met with a prospective builder on site to discuss sewer and <br />water connections as well as grading and driveway issues. <br /> <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />rd <br />Paving of the wear course was completed on October 3 and the road is fully open to traffic. A few minor <br />punch list items remain, before the project can be completed. <br /> <br />(19) Sutton Transport <br />The 50,000 square foot trucking and warehousing facility is now fully operational with a few dozen <br />employees reporting to work there each day. Welcome to Centerville! <br /> <br />(15) 2050/2070 Main Street Î American Roofing Supply <br />The rehabilitation of the once-vacant, 40,000 sf building on Main Street is not complete and American <br />Roofing Supply is up and fully operational. Welcome to Centerville! <br /> <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />A building permit has now been issued for construction of Building #1 of 2. The developers expect their <br />contractor to be on site within a week or so. <br /> <br />(17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Grading, utilities, parking lot and building pad construction are all moving along, on schedule. Water <br />st <br />main installation along 21 Ave. is now complete. <br /> <br />A kick-off meeting for the Corridor Study has been held. The study will prioritize area-wide transportation <br />improvements to address increased traffic from Amazon and surrounding growth. The study will examine <br />st <br />20th Avenue from Birch Street to 80th Avenue, and the intersection of 21 Ave. and Main Street. <br /> <br />
