<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SCHEDULED CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />(Performance Review, City Administrator) <br />NOVEMBER 9, 2022, COMMENCING FOLLOWING THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City Council of the City of Centerville will meet on <br />Wednesday, November 9, 2022 for a Closed Executive Session following the regularly scheduled <br />Council Meeting at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. Council will be discussing the performance review <br />of the City Administrator. The City Council is exercising their right to evaluate the performance of an <br />individual who is subject to their authority under Minnesota State Statute 13D.05 Sub. 3. (The <br />meetings will be closed unless otherwise noted.) The meeting will be held in Council Chambers at <br />City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />This meeting will be closed unless the City Administrator opens the meeting. If this shall occur, all <br />persons interested are invited to remain present during the Closed Executive Session.
