City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 12, 2022 <br />APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> <br />1. August 24, 2022 Work Session, City Council Meeting & Closed Executive Session Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity to Council to make modifications if needed. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso ask for clarification as to the style of minutes on how to note changes and or <br />annotations on who stated what if they wanted specifically on record. It was agreed by Council to say <br />for the record and their name would be added to what was stated. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the August <br />24, 2022 Work Session, City Council Meeting & Closed Executive Session Minutes as Presented. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. September 14, 2022 City Council Meeting & Closed Executive Session Minutes <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity to Council to make modifications if needed and it was corrected <br />that the date of the minutes on the agenda was incorrect. <br /> <br />nd <br />Council Member Koski stated on page 15 in the packet near bottom of page, 2 paragraph, last sentence, <br />it stated “Administrator Statz stated that they that it is in the budget but projected (project)” He stated <br />that the sentence should be clarified. He stated should it be no particular budget was projected – should <br />it be project. Mayor Love asked if Administrator Statz would like to clarify what was said. Administrator <br />Statz stated it should read “Administrator Statz stated that it is in the budget, but no particular project <br />was budgeted for those funds as of yet” <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to Approve the September <br />14, 2022 City Council Meeting with the Above Stated Modifications. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br /> <br />1. City of Centerville Claims through October 12, 2022 (Check #35420-35461), & (1952E- <br />1925E) <br />2. Centennial Lake Police Department Claims through October 6, 2022 (Check #14488- <br />14498), (E2022072-E2022074) & Payroll (Check #14486-14487) <br />3. Centennial Fire District Claims through September 27, 2022 (Check #9381-9387) & <br />(E2022012) <br />4. Request for Payment #1 – 2022 Thin Overlay Program & City Hall Parking Lot <br />Improvements <br />5. Encroachment Agreement, 7257 Brian Drive (Fence) <br />6. Membership in MN Small Cities <br /> <br />Council Member King pulled Item #6. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
