Proposal to the City of Centerville for Public Tree Inventory. <br />Submitted by: <br />Rainbow Treecare <br />11/9/2022 <br />Project Understanding <br />The City of Centerville (The City) has requested a proposal from Rainbow Treecare (RTC) <br />to collect an inventory of Trees growing in City owned park areas. <br />Scope of Services <br />Task 1—Create an inventory of trees growing within the Project Areas: RTC will <br />evaluate the condition trees growing on Centerville park property. RTC will use publicly <br />available GIS parcel data as an indication of park boundaries <br />The Project Areas: <br />o Laurie LaMotte Park: 6970 LaMotte Drive <br />o Hidden Spring Park: 698S LaMotte Drive <br />o Eagle Park: 69SS Dupre Road <br />o Cornerstone Park: 1670 Main Street <br />o Trailside Park: 714S main Street <br />o Tracie McBride Park: 187S Fox Run <br />o Royal Meadows Park: 7161 West Robin Lane <br />o Acorn Creek Park: 1874 Revoir Street <br />o City Hall/Fire Station:1880 Main Street <br />*All trees inventoried will be in maintained areas defined as mowed or landscaped areas. <br />Forested or natural areas will not be included in the inventory. Upon request, RTC can <br />collect trees off a path, trail, or natural area edge using a 10" 10' rule where trees 10 inches <br />in diameter or greater growing 10 feet or less from the path, trail, or natural area edge are <br />inventoried. Such request may change the final cost of the proposal. <br />Specifications of data collected: <br />o Location (latitude and longitude) <br />o Species (Common name) <br />o Size: Tree size will be measured on the trunk in inches of diameter at breast height <br />(DBH). Diameter measurements will be taken 4.S feet from the ground. <br />o Condition: All condition ratings will be scored 0-3 using the following guidelines: <br />
