CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:33 p.m. by President Jeff Hanzal. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Jeff Hanzal <br /> Commissioner Steve King <br /> <br /> Commissioner Mark Remillard <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br /> <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Weatherhead <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Mark Statz <br />Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />The agenda was amended to add check number 001032. <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner King to approve the <br />amended agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes were revised to incorporate two minor administrative revisions. <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by President Hanzal to approve the May 18, <br />2022 revised meeting minutes.
