Communications <br /> <br />a. Block 7 <br />Executive Director Lewis provided an update on Block 7 as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />b. Aldi <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis provided an update as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />c. Scooters Coffee <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis provided an update as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />VII. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />President Hanzal was presented with a plaque for his service to the city. <br />Former EDA member Jim Weatherhead was presented with a plaque for his service to the city. <br />Attorney Glasser provided an overview of the open meetings law and Roberts Rules of Order; he <br />provided a couple of handouts to be used for quick reference. <br /> <br />VIII. REPORTS <br /> <br />1. Partner Agency Reports <br />a. Anoka County Regional Economic Development (ACRED) <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />2. b. Year to Date Financials <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the financial report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />1. c. Ongoing Programs: <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the Ongoing Programs report as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />2. d. Administrator’s Report <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the Administrator’s Report as presented in the packet. <br />Executive Director Lewis also reviewed the Request for Proposal (RFP) that was issued for a <br />downtown redevelopment market study. Discussion ensued about the project scope, key dates and <br />next steps. <br /> <br />Commissioner Mosher brought a copy of the Lino Living Magazine and asked members what they <br />knew about it or how the city could submit content, since the magazine is mailed to Lino Lakes <br /> Page 5 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
