<br />(10-14) Rehbein Commercial <br />The contractor is working on punch list items including boulevard restoration. <br />(13) Kwik Trip <br />A building permit has been issued and construction on the site has begun. The store anticipates opening <br />around the end of December. <br /> <br />(11) Norbella Senior Living <br />The parking lot has been constructed with curb and gutter and the first lift of asphalt. Other site work <br />continues as the building crew completes work on the interior; sheetrock is up and finishes are being <br />installed. A September opening is still the target. <br /> <br />(2) Peterson Shores <br />Staff met with a prospective builder on site to discuss sewer and water connections as well as grading and <br />driveway issues. <br /> <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />Paving of the wear course of asphalt will be scheduled for sometime in August. <br /> <br />(19) Sutton Transport <br />The buildings walls and roof have been erected. Windows and doors are next up. Site utilities are <br />substantially complete and work on the parking and loading areas continues with curb and pavement <br />expected in the coming weeks. <br /> <br />(15) 2050/2070 Main Street Î American Roofing Supply <br />Interior work is complete. The canopy and signage for the exterior of the building are next on the schedule. <br />Site work has resumed with curb and pavement expected this week, followed by landscaping and final <br />site clean-up. <br /> <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />The Conditional Use Permit (CUP) has now been sent in to the County for recording and a grading permit <br />has been issued. The building permit is imminent as soon as plumbing and mechanical plans are finalized. <br /> <br />(17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Grading on the site has begun. There are three utility crews installing the on-site sewer and water along <br />st <br />with the cityÓs water main along 21 Avenue. The water main will need to be directionally drilled under <br />the creek, which requires specialized equipment and crew. <br /> <br />City engineering staff will be working with County and Lino Lakes engineers to begin prioritizing the use <br />of transportation related funds from the development. A first step will be to complete a corridor study of <br />th <br />the 20 Avenue (CSAH 54) route from Main Street to Birch Street. This study will help guide intersection <br />improvements to enhance safety and ensure traffic flows freely. <br /> <br />
