(11) Norbella Senior Living <br />A grand opening is scheduled for October <br />13 at 10:00 AM. The public is welcome to <br />come and take a tour of the new facility. <br /> <br />(2) Peterson Shores <br />Staff met with a prospective builder on site <br />to discuss sewer and water connections as <br />well as grading and driveway issues. <br /> <br />(17, 19) Rehbein Industrial <br />Paving of the wear course was completed on <br />rd <br />October 3 and the road is fully open to <br />traffic. A few minor punch list items remain, <br />before the project can be completed. <br /> <br />(19) Sutton Transport <br />A Certificate of Occupancy has been issued <br />and business operations have begun (see <br />right). <br /> <br />(15) 2050/2070 Main Street – American <br />Roofing Supply <br />Crews put the finishing touches on the <br />building by installing their sign and <br />completing the work on the gates to the yard <br />area (see below). <br />(18) Max Storage (Fairview <br />Street) <br />The plumbing permit has been <br />received from the state and city <br />staff have been working with the <br />developer as they look at how <br />best to approach construction <br />(whether to complete the <br />buildings in one phase or two). <br /> <br />(17) Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Grading, utilities, parking lot and building pad construction are all moving along, on schedule. Water <br />st <br />main installation along 21 Ave. is now complete. <br /> <br />A kick-off meeting for the Corridor Study has been held. The study will prioritize area-wide transportation <br />improvements to address increased traffic from Amazon and surrounding growth. The study will examine <br />st <br />20th Avenue from Birch Street to 80th Avenue, and the intersection of 21 Ave. and Main Street. <br /> <br />
