COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 22- <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVIES AND BUDGET FOR 2023 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given input to staff regarding the 2023 General Fund Budget and Property <br />Tax Levy at several work sessions in 2022; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, that the preliminary city budget is hereby adopted as follows: <br />General Fund <br />$2,984,972 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following sums of money be transmitted to Anoka County for <br />purposes of a preliminary property tax levy for purposes of the Truth in Taxation property taxes notice for the <br />following purposes: <br />General Fund Levy <br />$2,608,872 <br />Debt Service Levies: <br />Anoka Co 33 - Fund 302 — 2016 GO Cable TV Capital Note <br />$0 <br />Anoka Co 34 - Fund 351 — 2016A GO Special Assmt Refunding <br />234,168 <br />Anoka Co 35 — Fund 353 — 2021A GO Special Assmt Refundin_ <br />76.840 <br />Total Debt Levy <br />$311,008 <br />Total Proposed Tax Levy <br />2 1 880 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that because sufficient funds have been irrevocably deposited into the debt <br />service fund, the following levy amounts are hereby cancelled: <br />Anoka Co 33 - Fund 302 — 2016 GO Cable TV Capital Note $7,596.16 <br />Anoka Co 35 - Fund 353 - 2021A GO Special Assmt Refundin;, 50,000.00 <br />Total Cancelled Levy 57 5 6.1 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Administrator is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of <br />this resolution to the county auditor of Anoka County, Minnesota along with all required documentation. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 14th day of December, 2022. <br />Mayor, D.
