CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />REQUEST FOR ACTION <br />Agenda Item # Department: RequestedMeetingDate: <br />December 21, 2022 <br />Administration/EDA <br />8.2 <br />TITLE OF ISSUE: <br />Downtown Redevelopment Market Study <br />BACKGROUND AND SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: <br />At the direction of the EDA, staff issued an RFP for a downtown redevelopment market study. Two proposals <br />were received on December 7th, one from Civic Intelligence, and one from Loci. Interviews were conducted the <br />week of December 12-16.
