COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution# 22-,�afff <br />ARESOLUTION REQUESTING HRA FUNDS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) has segregated funding <br />for economic development, housing, and redevelopment purposes for the City of Centerville; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to use HRA resources in an amount not to exceed $ to purchase <br />and prepare for redevelopment, the properties located at 7121 Centerville Road with Parcel <br />Identification Numbers (PIDs) of. 23-31-22-22-0015 and 23-31-22-22-0016. <br />WHEREAS, the aforementioned properties will be acquired for redevelopment as part of a larger <br />economic development strategy for downtown Centerville. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 14'h day of December, 2022. <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br />Mayor, D.
