<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING OF THE PLANNING & ZONING <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE TO CONSIDER VACATION OF AN <br />EXISTING TRAIL EASEMENT GRANTED BY THE DEVELOPER (ELMCREST <br />VISTAS, LLC), OLD MILL ESTATES & REPLACEMENT OF A NEW EASEMENT <br />GRANTED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER TO THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />INCLUDED IN RECORDED DOC. #2235364.004 WHICH LIES WITHIN LOT 9, <br />BLOCK 1, OLD MILL ESTATES, ANOKA COUNTY <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville will be holding a Public Hearing to consider vacating an existing trail easement <br />contained in the above stated document and granting a new 12’ trail easement of equal value in a <br />new location contained on the same lot (Lot 9, Block 1, Old Mill Estates) on January 17, 2023 at <br />6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The meeting will be held in Council Chamber of the Centerville <br />City Hall, located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN 55038.
