THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUHTORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 22-004 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO <br />NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT FOR DOWNTOWN <br />REDEVELOPMENT ML4RKET STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville, has commissioned a <br />redevelopment market study for downtown Centerville; and <br />WHEREAS, at the direction of the EDA, staff issued a Request for Proposal (RFP); and <br />WHEREAS, the City received proposals from two firms on December 7 h; and <br />WHEREAS, staff conducted interviews and provided a recommendation to the EDA; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the EDA authorizes staff to enter into <br />negotiations for a contract with Loci for preparation of a downtown redevelopment market study. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville, this <br />28th day of December, 2022. <br />Secretary, Athanasia Lewis Mark Remillard, Vice -President <br />
