<br />AdministratorÓs Report <br />January 11, 2023 <br />____________________________________________________________________________________________________ <br />ADMINISTRATION <br />Website Redesign & Mobile App <br />The cityÓs mobile app has launched. Look for it in your Google Play Store and Apple Store <br />links. <br />PARKS AND RECREATION <br />Donation Î Kwik Trip <br />Committee Chair Heidi Errickson-Grahek <br />accepted a $1,000 donation from Kwik Trip <br />at their recent Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. <br />The Committee is honored and extremely <br />appreciative for their donation. The funds <br />will be utilized in upcoming months to off-set <br />additional amenities within the parks or trail <br />systems throughout the community. The <br />Committee hopes that Kwik TripÓs <br />employees and customers take advantage of <br />the parks and trails within the community. <br />First of Two Annual Skate/Sled Nights <br />The Committee is ready for the January 14, 2023 event and the Public Works <br />staff will be flooding the rinks as the weather turns colder. Skating, sledding, <br />hot coca, popcorn, sÓmores, a bonfire, snowshoeing, kick-sledding and some <br />contests for prizes will be taking place at Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park that <br />evening. Wargo Nature Center will be providing the snowshoes and kick- <br />sleds that will be on site for use by participants. There are no fees associated <br />with this event; so bring a parent, friend, neighbor, etc. <br />Meeting and City Hall Schedule <br />January 16, 2023 Î City Hall Closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day <br />January 17, 2023, 6:30 p.m. Î Planning & Zoning Commission <br />January 18, 2023, 6:30 p.m. Î Economic Development Authority <br />January 25, 2023, 6:30 p.m. Î City Council <br />February 1, 2023, 6:30 p.m. Î Parks & Recreation Committee <br />VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES <br />Volunteering is an excellent way to get involved in the community, and connect with others.
