THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUHTORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 2 3-0 1 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT FORDOWNTOWN <br />REDEVELOPMENT MARKET STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville, has commissioned <br />a redevelopment market study for downtown Centerville; and <br />WHEREAS, at the direction of the EDA, staff issued a Request for Proposal (RFP); and <br />th <br />WHEREAS, the City received proposals from two firms on December 7; and <br />WHEREAS, staff conducted interviews and provided a recommendation to the EDA; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the EDA a pproves a contract with <br /> for preparation of a downtown redevelopment market study. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville this <br />1 day of January, 202 3. <br />______________________ ________________________ <br />Secretary, Athanasia Lewis Mark Remillard, President <br /> <br />
