THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION #EDA 2- <br />RESOLUTION SELECTING OFFICERS for 202 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Economic Development Authority of the City of <br />Centerville, officers shall be appointed annually. <br />WHEREAS, on J, 202, the EDA appointed itÓs 202 Officers. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, the bylaws of the EDA allow for any of the board members to be the Treasurer, <br />even if that board member holds the position of President or Vice President, and <br />WHEREAS, the bylaws of the EDA state that the positions of Assistant Treasurer and <br />Secretary need not be members of the board, and <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the Executive Director to be a member of the city staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND KNOWN TO ALL, that the Board of <br />Commissioners, names its Officers as follows: <br />Pre <br />Vice-President: <br />Treasurer: <br />Assistant Treasurer: <br />Secretary: <br />Executive Director: <br />THE VOTE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ADOPTION OF THIS <br />RESOLTUION WAS IN FAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville <br />this th day of J, 202. <br />, President <br />Attest: <br /> <br />
