Economic Development Authority (EDA) th The EDA met on January 18and welcomed Mr. Tony Smith to the board. The EDA also approved a contract for a downtown redevelopmentmarket study in the M1 and M2zoning districts. The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of mixed-use development in downtown. City staff recently met withMr. Schifsky to look at ways to more efficiently engineer the site’s stormwater infrastructure. stnd (3)(4)OldMillEstates 1and 2Additions The developer has finishedblack dirt and seed work in boulevards and around ponds. They continue to work to finalize wetland and other watershed permits. Construction of the gravel base for the trail between Old Mill Court and Laramee Lane is now complete. Concrete work will be completed in the spring to ensure the base has a chance to settle over thewinter. (16) CentervilleSelf Storage Thefacilityis now open forbusiness.The developer has made progress to address drainage issues along the north side of the facility and will continue to work on minor clean-up items.
