CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION #23-0 0Y <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING ESCROW AGREEMENT <br />FOR CENTER MART TRANSACTION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville City Council, after review and consideration of the proposed <br />sale of the Center Mart parcel finds that it is in the best interest of the City to approve this <br />document: <br />• ESCROW AGREEMENT AND RIGHT OF ENTRY AND CONSTRUCTION <br />AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Agreement") <br />WHEREAS, the City Council authorizes the City Attorney to make amendments to this Agreement <br />as necessary to close of the sale of this parcel but which does not significantly change or alter other <br />aspects of the Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Centerville City Council does hereby, approve <br />the aforementioned Agreement. <br />PASSED AND DULY ADOPTED this 25tb day of January 2023 by the City Council of the City <br />of Centerville. <br />. ............... <br />................ <br />D.
