<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2023 COMMENCING AT 6:00 PM <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Centerville, City Council will be holding a <br />Closed Executive Session prior to their regularly scheduled Council meeting of February 8, <br />2023. The Closed Executive Session will be held commencing at 6:00 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, MN 55038. The purpose of the closed session is <br />to determine the asking price and to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the <br />purchase or sale of real or personal property for real property to be sold by the government <br />entity; namely the city-owned parcels, collectively known as 1737 Main Street.
