PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />There were no changes to the agenda. <br />Motion by Commissioner Olson, seconded by Commissioner Kuiper to Approve the Agenda <br />as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS (6:39 PM or shortly thereafter) <br />Administrator Statz reviewed this item as presented in the packet. The public meeting was opened <br />at 6:39pm. <br />Motion by Chair Kubat, seconded by Commissioner Thompson to open the public hearing. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br />1.Easement Vacation – 1844 Old Mill Court <br />Mike Palmer at 1844 Old Mill Court agrees with Administrator Statz’s assessment of the easement <br />vacation and wishes to move forward. <br />There were no other public comments. <br />Motion by Commissioner Kuiper seconded by Commissioner Nelson to close the public <br />hearing.
