2022 Thin Overlay Program and City Hall Parking Lot Improvements <br />An Assessment Hearing was held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers to <br />finalize individual assessments for the overlay portions of the project. Benefiting/abutting property owners <br />should have received a mailed notice with a specific amount to be assessed. The adoption of the assessment <br />roll was tabled for verification of correct assessment amounts and will again be considered at CouncilÓs <br />February 8, 2023 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />Overlay Program <br />City staff have evaluated the roads and determined that no overlay project will be completed in 2023. <br /> <br />City Hall Parking Lot Lighting <br />The City Council reviewed and approved plans for proposed lighting at City Hall.
