Staff is looking to wrap up the accounting and reporting <br />of our receipt and allocation of funds from the ARPA and believes the proposed actions are prudent ways to do <br />so, ensuring our expenses meet expenditure requirements. The use of these funds as outlined in the attached <br />memo helps keep our capital funds healthy and ready to address future projects. <br />If the council concurs with this strategy, a formal resolution will be offered at an upcoming meeting on the <br />regular agenda. <br />COST AND SOURCE(S) OF FUNDING: <br />No direct cost.
