We have a group that is exploring the possibility <br />of developing a hotel on a greenfield site on the east side of town near the freeway interchange. The preliminary <br />proposal contemplates an 84-unit, 4 story hotel with a stand-alone restaurant in the parking lot (kind of like the old <br />Perkins model). They are asking about the possibility of city incentives. I'd like to run through the various possibilities <br />with the City Council to see what they would consider and what's off the table. <br />When it comes to TIF, what I'd like to understand is: <br />
