period, the owner or occupant shall obtain from the City Council a renewal permit. <br />Application therefore may be made to the Administrator as in the case of original permits, <br />and must be submitted to the City Council prior to the expiration of the original 90-day <br />period. One renewal permit may be granted upon good cause shown, but in no event shall a <br />renewal permit be granted for a period in excess of 90 days and not more than one renewal <br />permit shall be granted. <br />(C)No money may be exchanged for the use of a property in association with a temporary dwelling. <br />(B)(D)Temporary structures and trailers used in conjunction with construction work shall be <br />permitted only during the period that the construction work is in progress. Permits for temporary <br />structures shall be issued for a period not exceeding six months. <br />(C)(E)Pursuant to authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9, the <br />City of Centerville opts-out of the requirements of Minn.
