OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Ordinance Review – Ord. #130, Section 130.03 – Discharge of Firearms <br />Chair Kubat introduced this item, noting that the P&Z spent considerable time in past months <br />discussing the ordinance. A public hearing was help in September 2022 and prior to completing <br />the ordinance, Attorney Glasser advised the Commission to table the item due to litigation risk <br />associated with moving forward (based on a supreme court case).
