COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />Resolution 9 23-003 <br />A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2023 BUDGET <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority (EDA) has entered into a contract with Loci for a market <br />study; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA wishes to have this show as using budgeted funds; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA desires to maintain a balanced budget; <br />WHEREAS, the EDA has available fund balance accumulated from surpluses from previous years; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the EDA of the City of Centerville that: <br />The 2023 budget is hereby modified to reflect the addition of $20,500 to line items: <br />201-46500-39500 Use of Fund Balance, and <br />201-46500-300 Professional Services. <br />Passed and Adopted by the EDA of the City of Centerville this 15th day of March, 2023. <br />Mark Remillard, President <br />Ath /V-&- <br />asia Lewis, Executive Director <br />
