Featured Chamber Event - Second Annual Senior Expo The Chamber is holding its second annual Senior Expo on May 18, 2023 from 10AM-1PM at St. Genevieve Parish Center in Centerville. This event is free to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend. Several resources will be available for you and your loved ones. If you are a vendor and would like to have a booth at this event then please sign up on the Chamber’s website on or before April 30 (see link above, or scan the QR code above). Economic Development Authority (EDA) The Downtown Redevelopment Market Study is underway, and we are seeking citizen input about redevelopment in Centerville. Residents can share their ideas by accessing the city’s website and completing a brief online survey. The th survey will be open through March 24. We look forward to reading your responses. Brandon Hill, an EMT working toward his nursing degree, started on March 1, 2023. Please Welcome Brandon to Centennial Fire. Since Brandon is an EMT, he can start responding to medical calls right away. Brandon will go thru fire training in July of 2023. CENTENNIAL POLICE DEPARTMENT Chaplin Retires CLPD Chaplin and former police chief Joel Heckman is retiring from serving the Centennial Police Department and the community. Joel and his wife are moving out of state, where they will be building a new home. Chief Mork said, “Joel touched many lives as he ministered to others going through very difficult times. Joel will be greatly missed.”
