COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 23-�,� <br />A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT (ARPA) FUNDS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, NIINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, The City Council has accepted an allocation of $437,347.51 from the United States Treasury for <br />the American Rescue Plan Act to mitigate impacts from the Covid-19 pandemic; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council elected to take the standard allocation of lost revenue for the entire amount; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to allocate these funds toward traditional governmental expenditures as <br />allowed by the final rule; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville that: <br />The City Council elects to allocate the ARPA funding toward the following projects: <br />1. Fund 409 — Capital Replacement ToolCat $77,202.49 <br />2. Fund 452 — Street Reconstruction 2022 T. ...... ........� <br />Total Available ARPA Funding $437,347.51 <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this 22nd day of March, 2023. <br />Mayor, D.
