CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by Vice-President Remillard. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL* <br /> <br />Vice-President Remillard called the roll. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Vice-President Mark Remillard <br />Commissioner Steve King <br /> <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Chris Swenson <br />Commissioner Tony Smith <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />1. Oath of Office – Anthony Smith <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis administered the Oath of Office to Anthony Smith. <br /> <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher and seconded by Commissioner Swenson to approve the <br />agenda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />
