City of Centerville <br />EDA Meeting Minutes <br /> January 18, 2023 <br />Motion by Commissioner Remillard, seconded by Commissioner Swenson to elect Bruce <br />DeJong as Assistant Treasurer. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Smith, seconded by Commissioner Swenson to elect Athanasia <br />Lewis as Secretary. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Remillard to elect Athanasia <br />Lewis as Executive Director. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />2. ANNUAL REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item, requesting input from the EDA about what they <br />would like to see in their annual report to city council. Discussion ensued about content for the <br />report. Executive Director Lewis will present a draft report to the EDA in the next month or two. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by commissioner Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Mosher to adjourn the <br />January 18, 2023 Economic Development Authority meeting at 8:07 p.m. All in favor.
