• Ask local businesses to post the attached flyer — you can print the flyer at home or visit Centerville City Hall to pick up copies Booth Spaces Enclosed is a map with pre -determined booth numbers to streamline the set-up process allowing for less confusion upon arrival, marketing and patronage. Your booth number is #10 and will be chalked on the asphalt prior to your arrival. The map depicts where vendors' vehicles can be parked, and we will allow each vendor the ability to drive to their respective booth for ease of unloading/loading of items prior to and following the market time. Set-up is from 4:30-5:30pm, take -down is from 7:30-8:30pm. We ask that you do not set-up/take-down outside of these times. We ask that vendors with trailers/cargo/box trucks arrive between 4:30-5:00pm so that you can position your vehicle/trailer prior to vendors that will be arriving with table(s)/tent, etc. that may be near you in the lineup. If you are utilizing a tent, please use some sort of weighting system so wind is not an issue. This is for your safety and your patrons. Inclement Weather Policy We will notify each vendor by 3pm the day of the event via email, telephone or both. We will also post cancellation via our Facebook page, the City's Facebook and Twitter pages. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions, provide safety services and assist you in your lineup for the event each evening of the Markets. Following the event, you will be provided with a short survey on whether your all-around experience of the event was good, where things could be improved upon and data on turnout, etc. We would request that you forward this survey back to us with whether you would participate again for the upcoming 2023 year.
