CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION – 7121 Centerville Road <br /> <br />The purpose of the closed session is to determine the asking price and to develop or consider offers or <br />counteroffers for the purchase of real or personal property located on Block 9, in downtown Centerville; <br />and to develop offers or counteroffers for the purchase of that real property. The Closed Session is <br />authorized by Minn. Stat. §13D.05, subd. 3(c). <br /> <br />All members of Council were present including Administrator Statz, Assistant Administrator Lewis and <br />Legal Counsel Kurt Glaser. <br /> <br />Mayor Love adjourned the Closed Executive Session at 8:51 p.m. and reconvened the City Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br />XII. RECONVENED CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />Mayor Love reconvened the regularly scheduled Council meeting at 8:51 p.m. <br /> <br />XI.
