<br />APPROVED <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />March 15, 2023 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held a regularly scheduled Economic <br />Development Authority meeting on Mach 15, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br />MEETING <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. by President Remillard. <br /> <br />II. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />President Remillard called the roll. <br /> <br />PRESENT: President Mark Remillard <br />Vice-President Chris Swenson <br />Commissioner Darrin Mosher <br />Commissioner Tony Smith <br /> <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator/EDA Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis <br /> <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Steve King <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />1. Call for Changes to the Agenda <br />The addition of the budget to the actual portion of the financial report was added to the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Mosher, seconded by Vice-President Swenson to approve the <br />revised agenda. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />Motion by Vice-President Swenson and seconded by Commissioner Smith to approve the <br />March 15, 2023 meeting minutes.
