NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Resolution for Budget Amendment <br />Executive Director Lewis introduced this item as presented in the packet. Discussion ensued about <br />amending the budget for $20,500 and capping the budget with this amount, or leaving the $3,000 <br />already in the budgeted line item. <br /> <br />Motion by President Remillard, seconded by Vice-President Swenson to approve the budget <br />amendment as presented in the budget. meeting at 8:00 p.m. President Remillard, Vice- <br />President Swenson, Commissioner Mosher voted Aye. Commissioner Smith voted Nay. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />2. Business Survey <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed the draft business survey as presented in the packet. Discussion <br />ensued about the length of the survey. President Remillard and Executive Director Lewis are going <br />to shorten the survey prior to its distribution. <br /> <br />3. Swag Bags <br />Executive Director Lewis reviewed this item as presented in the packet. <br /> <br />Motion by Vice-President Swenson, seconded by Commissioner Smith to purchase the 150 <br />bags as outlined in the packet. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Smith, seconded by President Remillard to adjourn the March 15, <br />2023 Economic Development Authority meeting at 8:16 p.m. All in favor.
