A few things, here, that I had not thought of. <br />I think for now, we'd ask that you have some conversations with your crew about a scenario where all of these zoning, <br />liability and maintenance issues are worked out and we are considering the pro's and con's of allowing these facilities in <br />our city park parking lots and/or at various businesses around town. What are the concerns that our police officers <br />would have? Should there be hours of use restrictions? Are there certain businesses that we should not allow to have <br />these (bars, etc.)?
