It sounds good to allow and let parents and
children play and charge a vehicle, environment, etc.; however, how long does it take to charge a typical vehicle? If a
business is interested in obtaining dollars from possible clients then should information about grants be delivered to
them instead? Who will pay for the ongoing electrical bills — will they be free or pay to use?
Just some thoughts.
Sincerely,
Teresa
From: Mark Statz <MStatz@centervillemn.com>
Sent: Monday, January 9, 2023 9:56 AM
To: Teresa Bender <TBender@centervillemn.com>
Cc: Paul Palzer <PPalzer@centervillemn.com>; Jim Mork <JMork@clpdmn.com>
Subject: EV Charging Stations
Teresa and Paul,
Paul and I had a Zoom meeting with some folks from Xcel regarding their EV Charging Station Grants and were pretty un-
impressed.
