All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IX. Announcements and Updates <br /> <br />1. Council Member Liaison <br />Councilmember Koski expressed his appreciation for David KubatÓs service to the city, noting his <br />valuable contribution to the Planning Commission; he added that David will be greatly missed. <br />Councilmember Koski also reported City Council appointed Dr. Raye Taylor to fill the vacant <br />council seat. <br />2. AdministratorÓs Report <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the report as presented in the packet. <br />3. Planning and Zoning Action Items Tracker <br />Administrator Statz reviewed the Planning and Zoning Action Items Tracking sheet as presented in <br />the packet. There were no changes to the Planning and Zoning Action Items Tracker document. <br />X.
