The <br />Centerville comprehensive plan outlines overall <br />land use and development for the community <br />from 2020 to 2040. The 2040 plan notes that <br />there are few vacant parcels remaining in the city, <br />and the plan notes that the city will focus more <br />and more on infill and redevelopment rather than <br />development of any vacant parcels to achieve <br />growth goals.
