They desire to construct a single-story <br />commercial building approximately 3,200 square feet in size, with potential for an expansion of approximately <br />1,600 square feet. The property is currently owned by the City of Centerville but under contract for purchase by <br />F & M Holdings, LLC. <br /> <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be <br />received before 4:00 p.m., May 26, 2023.
