<br />Annual Centerville Lions CSAH14 Adopt a Highway <br />Cleanup <br />A huge thank you to the Lions, Scouts BSA Troup 136 and <br />Pack 432 for their dedicated annual cleanup. Centerville <br />looks great with the parks and the main roadway clean of <br />debris. <br /> <br />Annual Fete des Lacs Logo Contest <br />The Logo Committee has made its selections for the logo <br />contest. Stay tuned! <br /> <br />PLANNING & ZONING <br />Public Hearings Î June 6, 2023 <br />1737 Main Street Î Proposed Salon <br />The contract owners (F & M Holdings, LLC) of the parcels have petitioned the City for approval of a <br />Preliminary Plat and Planned Unit Development (PUD). They would like to construct a single-story <br />commercial building approximately 3,200 square feet in size, with potential for an expansion of <br />approximately 1,600 square feet. <br /> <br />7085, 7087, 7089 Centerville Road Î Salon/Spa <br />The owners of the above stated parcels have petitioned the City for approval of a Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) to be issued via either a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) or an Interim Use Permit (IUP) for the <br />operation of a salon with site improvements, to serve said business, on the adjoining parcels that are under <br />the same ownership. <br /> <br /> <br />
