CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />The City of Centerville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public heaving on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 <br />at the Centerville City Hall, 1880 Main Street in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter on the following matter: <br />ITEM: Variance <br />PETITIONER: Owner, Michael A. Lee <br />PROPERTY I.D. #: R#23-31-22-34-0014 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 1 BLK 4 PHEASANT MARSH 15T AD <br />ADDRESS: 1746 Dupre Road, Centerville, MN 55038 <br />The petitioner requests that the City grant a variance to allow the reconstruction of an existing shed/accessory <br />structure in his side yard with the enlargement of 2' wider and 2' deeper. The petitioner has a unique lot, a <br />existing shed/accessory structure of 20+ years (constructed prier to permitting requirements) and located in the <br />side yard making the existing structure a legal non -conformity. The petitioner is allowed to reconstruct a <br />similar in size shed/accessory structure on the existing footprint of the existing shed by City Code. <br />City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language interpreter must be <br />received before 4:00 p.m., May 26, 2023.
