Kwik Trip <br />Landscaping work has begun and should be wrapped up in the next week or two. <br /> <br />Rehbein Industrial <br />Record Plans for the project have been submitted and reviewed. Once permit closure is achieved, the project <br />can be closed out. <br /> <br />Max Storage (Fairview Street) <br />Grading has been completed. Sewer and water to Building #1 have been completed. Foundations will be <br />poured the week of 5/22. <br /> <br />Amazon Fulfillment Center <br />Exterior work, including curb and gutter, and prepping the gravel base for paving are underway. The project <br />team reports that they are still on schedule to be complete and ready to hand the building over to Amazon in <br />early August. <br /> <br />Submittal of the modeling data and application for changes to the Floodway have now been submitted to <br />FEMA. The federal agency has 90 days to respond to our submittal. <br /> <br />The Amazon sign was installed on the building this week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Development Inquiries <br /> Downtown landowner looking to develop approximately 3-acre site. <br /> <br />th <br />20 Avenue (CSAH 54) Corridor Study <br />The consultant has signed a supplemental agreement with the county to facilitate a public engagement <br />component for the project, which will allow stakeholders to give input on concept maps, potential <br />intersection treatments, access modifications, street cross sections, speed limits, and pedestrian routes. <br /> <br />st <br />The study is examining 20th Avenue from Birch Street to 80th Avenue, and the intersection of 21 Ave. and <br />Main Street, aimed at identifying improvements needed in the short and long-term to accommodate regional <br />growth. <br /> <br />City Hall Parking Lot Lighting <br />The City Council awarded a contract to complete the parking lot lighting project, contingent upon a grant <br />award through the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The city was unsuccessful in <br />obtaining the first round of awards but will be submitting again in a month or two. The city has re-submitted. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
