COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />Resolution # 23- di%::�— <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO PERFORM BANKING AND INVESTMENT DUTIES <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, Athanasia Lewis is the Assistant City Administrator for Centerville; and <br />WHEREAS, Mark Statz, City Administrator, is on extended leave; and <br />WHEREAS, it is prudent to have a backup fully authorized to perform his duties in relation to our <br />banking and investments; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Centerville that: <br />The City Council authorizes Athanasia Lewis, Assistant City Administrator, to perform al] <br />banking and investment activities during the City Administrator's absence and at his <br />direction upon his return. <br />Passed and Adopted by the City of Centerville this l4th day of June, 2023. <br />Mayor, D.
