City of Centerville <br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 26, 2023 <br />L CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor D. Love called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Mayor D. Love Not Approved <br />Council Member Russ Koski <br />Council Member Darrin Mosher <br />Council Member Steve King <br />Council Member Raye Taylor <br />Junior Council Member Rowan Shaw (Non -Voting) <br />ABSENT: City Administrator, Mark Statz <br />STAFF: Assistant City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Love provided an opportunity for others to add or delete any items. <br />Mayor Love requested that the following items be added under New Business, Item #2 — Accept Lions <br />Donation, Old Business, Lions Request for Refund of Donation (September, 2021) and Refurbish sign at <br />Tracie McBride Memorial Park and New Business, Item #3 —1737 Main Street— Power Line Relocation. <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member King to Approve the Agenda as <br />Amended. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPEARANCES/PRESENTATIONS <br />1. None <br />V. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. Local Board of Appeal and Equalization (Cont'd from 4/12/2023) <br />Mayor Love stated Council was reopening the Local Board of Appeals and Equalization from the <br />previous Council meeting at 6:33 p.m. <br />He asked if any members of public wished to speak with the Assessor since previous meeting. <br />Page 3 of 8 <br />
