THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUHTORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 23-005 <br />A RESOLUTION TO OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Authority of the City of Centerville, has a checking <br />account for operating expenses; and <br />WHEREAS, the balance in their checking account is not earning interest; and <br />WHEREAS, the transfer of funds from the checking account to a new savings account would <br />earn interest; and <br />WHEREAS, the EDA would like to transfer funds from their checking account to a new <br />savings account to earn interest on the account balance; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the EDA approves the transfer of <br />funds from their checking account to a new savings account. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Economic Development Authority of the City of <br />Centerville, this 19th day of July 2023. <br />Executive Director, Athanasia Lewis President, Mark Remillard <br />
