No references were contacted. <br />Applicant has a valid Minnesota driver's license. <br />Applicant provided the city with a transcript from Saint Paul College, which indicated she <br />completed 780 hours of massage therapy education. The applicant was awarded on <br />05/11/2012. The applicant provided a certificate of completion for Advanced Therapeutic Thai <br />Massage through Thai Massage & Bodywork. A google search shows this appears to be a legit <br />company. <br />Criminal History <br />The applicant has a 2009 felony conviction for burglary and assault on a person on the <br />property. The applicant also has a 2003 felony conviction for aiding an offender to avoid arrest. <br />
