However, they did not receive enough funding for all of their requests to facilitate this. It is my understanding <br />that the CLPD received a grant and may or may not utilizing all of the AEDs that were either purchased with the funding <br />or physical units received. <br />May I place a request to the Department that for public use, we receive two of them, by donation by your Department, <br />for our Public Works Department and Parks and Recreation Committee. <br />The intent would be that training on the units be delivered by the CFD and I have spoken with Matt regarding. Also, the <br />intent would be that the device be at events/programs and housed at LaMotte Park warming house inside for the winter <br />months to prevent freezing. <br />Please let me know. <br />Thank you in advance for the consideration. <br />Sincerely, <br />Teresa <br />
